Company Information
The parent
company of InterCoastal Group (ICG) was organized in 1981 to perform
efficiently the many responsibilities of General Partners and Sponsors of
real estate partnerships. A subsidiary, InterCoastal Property Services, LLC,
was established later to manage effectively the residential properties of
ICG’s clients and investors. ICG’s ability to support various types of
real estate has been well established.
The
company's portfolio of properties ranges in size from a 40-unit garden-style
multi-family property to a 122-room hotel to a 578-unit community complex.
The properties are as diverse as senior citizen communities, inner
city Section 8 properties, conventional multi-family apartments,
and select service hotels. The current portfolio includes more than
10,500 residential units and more than 300 hospitality rooms located in 22 states,
with a combined current market value in excess of $500 million.
ICG has
assembled a team of loyal, dedicated staff members and consultants who are
experts in their individual fields. We assist owners in financial
planning, employee relations, legal analysis, HUD and state government
regulations, landlord/tenant procedures, capital improvement work, and
insurance-related matters.
ICG offers
the latest in accounting and property management computerization. We have
the resources and knowledge to customize accounting reports to fit
individual needs.
